Volunteer Banquet

We'd like to show our appreciation for your dedication and hard work during the past year. This includes Citizen Corps Volunteers, Medical Reserve Volunteers, and CERT trained Volunteers.


 

Intro to Medical Reserve Corps: yearly introductory 4 hour training for new volunteers. Trainings include Blood borne Pathogens, Infectious Disease Investigation, POD training (Point of Distribution), and Disaster Preparedness. Interaction between Public Health and MRC and American Red Cross volunteers will also be discussed.

FREE TRAINING - COMMUNITY EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM (CERT) COURSE  (12 Hour Course)

CERT training promotes a partnering effort between emergency services and the people that they serve. The goal is for emergency personnel to train community members in basic response skills.
